Message	the 93 cats didn't have to have aivs b/c of design. Maybe the 93 engine with the 91 cats causes higher nox, so the redesigned the cats in 93 so they would pass w/out aivs. The problem could be the cats themselves from 91 polluting to much w/out aivs. Just my guess.
